Boats: I've only been on boats a few select times, and one of which was a ferry. But they never seem to make me very comfortable. One time, on the 4th of July I felt fine until I drank some hot chocolate then I thought I was going to die. The second time was on a ferry to Canada, that time I just felt a little crumby the whole time. Anyways boats arent my first choice of transportation.
Planes: I really like going on planes and looking out the windows, I could do that for a whole 8 hour flight probably, besides that when they show the movie people glare at you if you dont pull the screen down. But landing and take off kills my ears, its absoultly horrible and I cant stand it, I've tried a lot of different stuff too, like those earplugs called airplanes, that didn work, gum doesnt work and all those other typical ear popping things dont work. If I could ride in an airplane that doesnt change altitude that would be neat.
Trains: I will never suggest anyone take the train, because whenever i do, it takes them 10 hours longer that it should have for them to get where they are going. That said, I freakin' love the train, i have so much fun. I like looking out the window, and sitting in one spot and trying to look creapy so people wont sit next to me, and making train friends. yey for trains. Bikes: I love my bike more than anything in the world, it is my life. its black, flat black I painted it, and it has a sticker that says i love my bike. it has a red seat with attached light, its a bianchi seat. and short little handlebars that have red grips with red stars. my friend just gave me a hamburger bell. and i got new skinner tires, cause my bike used to be a mountain bike but now i ride it on the street, so its slowly adapting. I only have one gear, thats part of the adaptation. yeah yeah bikes.
Pagers: are ok, but i would never want one cause if someone paged me and i didnt know who was paging me (not that anyone would cause i have no frineds) i wouldnt want to call back and not know who to ask for.
Graphing Calculators: the ones by Texas Instruments rock, but the others are confusing and the TI92 creeps me out cause it has the qwerty keyboards and if they are goign to go that far they might as well make it a computer.
Video games/systems: I love atari. The simplicity is just excellent. Im very easily entertained by all of the games that I have. What bumms me out is I cant play block breaker because I only have a joystick and i need the paddles, but someday I will get off my lazy ass and buy me some paddles. I also have an orginal nintendo which is loads of fun. Anything made after the orginal nintendo though is too complicated for me and I just cant enjoy it. Take me back to the beeps and buzz of atari.
Socks: First of all, I will not wear socks that I have already put on, even if its just for a few mins for some reason it feels odd. Next it is very very important to me that socks do not sink durring the day so i really like those small thin socks with cartoons on them usually, they have damn good elastic. The bummer bout those socks are they arent very thick so at a point they disintigrate, which sucks. The other type of socks I wear are big thick socks so that, all those pairs of shoes i bought too big hoping my feet would grow, fit. but those socks dont stay up well. pitty really. I got some new socks recently that are men's above the calf trouser socks, because I was looking for knee socks and couldnt find any and so far these are real comphy, sort of thin, but are holding up well so far. I never have found the perfect sock yet, nor any sock that meets my requirements, but believe you me Im looking.
Shirts: Basically anything but tube tops and turtle necks work for me. I normally dont wear white shirts cause I will stain them, but if they are already stained I love them. Layering is fun.
Stuffed Mushrooms: I only like them at occasional hospital benefit dinners. And they must not be served with fruit. Actually my mom makes them pretty good too.
Spices: I didnt used to eat any spices at all but when i learned to eat veggies i also learned to eat a few spices. my meals normally involve one of these 3. brags (soy sauce), garlic salt, or chilli flakes, but now im trying even more than that. yum.
Coffee: My friend cu thinks its evil that I drink instant coffee in the mornings but when my alternitive involves waking up 10 minutes earlier to make coffee im all for instant. I am very against decaf, it just seems unusual to me. I like lots and lots of sugar no soymilk cause it curdles. I dont like my coffee scorching hot, but warm is nice, if I'm desperate I'll drink it cold, but the burning tounge feeling I can live without. I also throughly enjoy iced coffee yum.
Music: The one style of music I will never understand is Bluegrass. Its just twangy and annoying and fast and it rubs me the wrong way. I don’t think I ever will. Where did my despise for bluegrass come from you ask? Well let me explain. My dad and I have very different morning routines. I wake up from someone pounding on my door and saying “are you up yet?” Then I wait for my brain to convince my body to get out of bed. My dad on the other hand, well I’m not sure what gets him out of bed, I’ve never been up that early. Anyways once I’m out of bed I stumble around and yell at people to stop moving so fast or talking too much or being too loud. On weekdays I’m out of the house before my family gets too annoyed with me. But on weekends, there’s some special bluegrass show that my dad listens to really loud. I wake up to bluegrass and then I have to try to bare it being fast and loud and annoying at a time when all I can listen to is the sound of a coffee pot or maybe the microwave. It really is quite awful for me, I don’t think Ill ever be able to enjoy bluegrass, a pity isn’t it.
